Our Decked Out Build "Frame"
We use a very unique system which allows us the ability to go away from a traditional treated framing. We use interlocking tiles (Instadeck) which locks the frame into place. The system that we use is backed by a *Lifetime Limited Warranty* and will last much longer than a traditional treated structure.

Decking
We use one of the highest quality decking brands on the market that is backed by a 50-year structural warranty*. There are multiple different color options as well as a Cool Deck Technology* which offers up to 35% heat reduction from competitor brands. The decking that we use is made to last!
